HTV Transfer Sizing Guide

Please measure the area where you would like your design to be applied before placing your order.

How to Choose Your Size

Select the closest length and height options that are equal to or slightly larger than the finished size you need.

• Length is measured from left to right.

• Height is measured from top to bottom.

  
  

For example, a design measuring approximately 10 inches long × 3 inches high should be ordered as:

Length: 10inch (25.4cm)Height: 3inch (7.6cm)

Enter Your Exact Custom Size

After selecting your length and height options, please enter the exact finished size you would like in the custom-size text box provided.

For example, if you need your design to measure 9.5 inches long × 2.7 inches high:

• Select 10inch (25.4cm) for the length

• Select 3inch (7.6cm) for the height

• Then type 9.5inch (L) × 2.7inch (H) in the custom-size text box

  
  

The dropdown options are used to calculate the correct price. The custom-size text box tells us the exact measurements you would like us to make.

Measuring Your Design

Measure the complete design, including all wording, letters, spaces and decorative elements.

For stacked or multiline wording:

• Measure from the furthest point on the left to the furthest point on the right for the length.

• Measure from the very top of the design to the very bottom for the height.

  
  

Please Note

Your design will be resized proportionally to fit within the exact custom measurements you provide. Depending on the shape of the wording, it may not fill the full selected length and height without becoming stretched or distorted.

Please double-check the measurements entered in the custom-size text box before submitting your order.

Maximum Size

The largest available size is:

22 inches (55.9cm) long × 12 inches (30.5cm) high

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 2-3 business days before your order is ready to ship.

As each item is personalised and made to order, processing begins after all required details and design proofs have been approved.

Shipping time is additional and will depend on the delivery method selected at checkout.

Please allow extra time during busy periods or for large and complex orders.
